Some Tips And Tricks 1. Steer clear of food during the colon cleanse!
2. Don't drink the juice before you sleep. You will wake up in nighttime to visit the bathroom.
3. If you feel a headache, consume some boiling tea (included in the kit) and I discovered a warm shower and some scented oils can benefit you tremendously too.
4. If you are like me and pimples are emerging, tea tree oil can support the circumtances massively.
